The package sets how many photos go into the film and how long it runs. You can switch at any step.

You can add videos of your own to the film, up to a minute each: ₪15 a video. The Extended Story and the Event Film include one.

While you build the film, the photos stay in your browser. When you continue to the order they are uploaded to private storage and wait for the payment to complete — an unpaid order is deleted automatically within 30 days. After the order they are used only to make your film, and are deleted 7 days after delivery together with the film — download it and keep a copy.

Scanned photos in a PDF? Add it like a photo — each page comes in as a photo, and photos scanned together on one page are separated where we can. A photo that arrives upside down or on its side is turned by itself, by the faces in it, and a print scanned crooked is straightened by its paper edges — and you can always turn it with the turn buttons in its corners, or undo the straightening when you open it larger.

You can add videos too — up to a minute each, up to 20 in a film. The film opens on a photo. A large video is made smaller here, in your browser, before it’s sent — so it goes up fast.

How does your story begin?

We take the last photograph, but you can also choose any photo you like. It is the film’s finale: the transition carries them from the real moment into the story.

What’s worth knowing before you order.

How many photos do I need?

From 2 photos up to 50. Most films are built from 10 to 20 — enough to tell a journey, not so many that it stops being moving. The Event Film includes 30 photos. Up to 20 more photos can be added: ₪10 a photo — in the photos step, a place is opened for each extra photo.

How long does it take to receive the film?

4 business days from the moment the order is complete and paid. You choose your photos here on the site before paying, so the clock starts right after payment. In a hurry? Add “Delivery within 24 hours” and receive the film within 24 hours. Every transition in the film is quality-checked, and one that does not score high is made again until it passes; and before the film goes out to you, we watch it and check it ourselves.

What if I don’t like the result?

A round of corrections is included: tell us what to change, and we change it. And if something really does not fit — write to us within 7 days of delivery and we sort it out together, in line with the cancellation policy.

What happens to my photos once the film is ready?

While you build, they are in your browser; when you continue to the order they go to private storage. They are used only to produce the film, and are deleted automatically 7 days after delivery. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Can I choose the music, or upload a song of my own?

Both. The studio has a song list — the 100 songs most played at celebrations, and songs we add — and you choose the film’s song from it. A song with a recording on the site can be heard before you choose; any other is added to the film in production. Not there? Write which song, and we will try to add it. You can also upload a song of your own as an MP3; you then confirm that you may use it in a private film.

Can I cancel?
