Questions people ask
Do guests need to install anything?
No. The invitation is a link that opens on any phone, straight from WhatsApp.
How does every guest get a link of their own?
Add your guest list (paste it from Excel or your contacts), and each guest has a WhatsApp button with a message already written for them. You can also send one link to a group.
Can I change it after sending?
Yes. Every change updates the same link, and guests always see the latest version.
Who sees the answers?
Only you, and whoever you gave a management link to. A guest never sees who else is coming, and the details are deleted 90 days after the event.
What is the accuracy guarantee?
The evening before the event we record how many confirmed, and on the day the door page counts who comes in. If the gap is more than 10%, either way, half the price comes back to you. It covers paid invitations, when at least 50 people confirmed and at least 90% of the list answered.
How much does it cost?
The “Digital invitation” package is ₪149 at the launch price and ₪169 after it — the final price, the same for a list of any size: a living design of your choice, a personal link for every guest to send on WhatsApp, Waze directions, add-to-calendar and a countdown, and gift details for Bit and PayBox. Sending it on WhatsApp for you, replies with a list that updates itself, a reminder for whoever hasn’t answered, seating and the map of the hall all come with “WhatsApp replies”: for a list of up to 75 phone numbers, ₪249 at the launch price (₪269 after it).
